so i don't know anything about yunho, cl, boa or gd's characterization, so i can't really say anything about that. i mean, i know them well enough to visualize them doing the things they do in the fic, but i feel a bit iffy about certain ways they act in this fic. but i feel that i'm in no position to question it because honestly, idk anything about how they are, so lol yeah.

what i do like about this fic is i see character development happening, especially in chaerin and jiyoung's characters. it was also very consistent in terms in being in chaerin's point of view. i like the way most things and scenes were described. i feel that the pacing was very well done, and while the ending felt rushed, it was understandable.

as i said before, some characterization bothered me because i couldn't picture some of them doing certain things, but i can't judge that because idk the characters very well. it started off awkwardly, to be honest, like the start would make me go eeh but as i read on it became more intriguing what would happen. other than that, there wasn't much else that bothered me.

overall, i liked it. i can't call it sweet or cute, which is what i usually call fanfics. it was rather realistic, and i liked that about it.

haven't read that one yet, partly bc i'm not really a big fan of any of the characters, but also largely because i am petty and jiyoung =/= jiyoung. :|

i'm not a big fan of the people in it either, but i just decided to...imagine it happening, i guess, lmao. i didn't know that, thanks for telling me, anon! i guess its length contributes to how much i enjoyed it, tbh. i have limited complaints about it, though, but the resolution fell flat to me compared to the whole fic. also, i would recommend reading it if you're really looking for something to read, it's not bad.

also so that i could hear from someone their thoughts on the fic, esp the characterization, haha.

i tried reading it before but the jiyoung thing threw me off and i couldn't go on. i'm opening it again rn though, because i'm really bored, haha.

i'm not really in any of the fandoms, but even from afar, i could never ship g-dragon/cl, which is probably why i loved how the author wrote their relationship here.

Chaerin loves him, she realizes, but never truly. Never more than the best friend that takes an innocent girl under his wing and turns her to hard rock and torn soul.

i feel like that best describes why i can't 'ship skydragon romantically, even though from what bits i've seen, cl and gd look incredibly comfy around each other. (i'm no expert though, since like i said, i'm not really in bb/2ne1 fandoms, or for that matter dbsk/boa's.)

jiyoung still kept throwing me off the entire time though, and i just wanted to ctrl+h to jiyong half the time /)_(\

anyway, overall, this was an okay read. a little stilted in some parts, but decent enough. also i've always been a sucker for university AUs, so. :D; although, i also have to say, i was more intrigued by gd and boa, and i kind of wanted some twist there some who, between those two, esp since i've kind of found the idea of gd/boa cute ever since i found out gd used to have a crush on her, or sth like that. but yeah, i found myself paying more attention to the story whenever gd and boa were in the scene than when they weren't. but i guess i also like how, despit eeverything, jiyong really did seem to care about chaerin.

anyway, all in all, the thing is, for me to truly enjoy fanfic i have to be into the idols involved, and i moslty just feel indifference towards everyone in this fic :(

I'm a fan of everyone in that story except BoA and honestly none of them were characterized very well imo =\ I thought it was a cute story, but that made it hard to read for me.
