sigh I wish there was some kind of... chat/comm/place where you could discuss fic ideas or how characters should act in a certain situation.

does anyone know of somewhere where people do this? I even went to some tinychat thing but :/ no one talked fic or even otp. just random shit.
(basically the fandom bnfs getting praise for their awesome amazing fics lol) which isn't productive or helpful for anyone else :P
